Calm Heart Yoga & Meditation is a place of peace, healing, and renewal - a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Founded by Sally MacGowan, a Senior Level 3 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Australia) and registered Counsellor (ACA), our classes weave together gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness to support whole-person wellbeing.
We’re an inclusive, body-positive, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming community where yoga is about how you feel, not how you look. Join us in Frankston South, Hampton, online, or at your workplace - and experience a heart-based practice to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
